Digging through the archives on CD’s, DVD’s, hard drives and in emails, some previously lost images of my early works have been recovered.

The post “From the attic, part 1” covered retrieved images from 1990.

This is the second post in this series: it covers retrieved images from from 1991 to 1995. So these are now included in the portfolio. The works will also be included in the Paintings Gallery and Sculptures Gallery, and of course also in the respective Year Galleries. To view the details of a  work, just click on its image.

From the early years of my career (mostly the early 90’s, before the general use of smartphones with decent cameras), few pictures of my works survived. Partly because I did not think much about proper documentation or hiring a photographer every time, partly because of my (in the words of my webmaster) “abysmal textbook artist” administration habits.

By going through the image archives on CD’s, DVD’s and hard drives and with the generous help of people who in one way or another acquired my works and sent me a photograph, some early image examples are being gradually uncovered.
I intend to include these (when unearthed) in a post series called “From the attic”. This is the first one of these posts.

iOS  – iPhone & iPad

Using Safari:

• Tap the Safari icon and navigate to guerraz.org
• Tap the Share button (square with an up arrow in the foreground)
• Select “Add to Home Screen”
• Tap the Add button
• Now your Home screen contains a new icon mapped to my web page

Android phones

Using Chrome:

• Open Chrome and go to guerraz.org
• Touch the Customize button (three vertical dots) and select Add to Home Screen
• Touch Add and the site will join your other apps and widgets

Using FireFox:

• Open Firefox and go to guerraz.org
• Press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) and tap Page
• Tap Add Page Shortcut
• Your shortcut icon should now appear on your home screen

In order to comply with the new European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into effect on 25 May 2018, we have made some changes to this site:

• adapted the Privacy Policy
• added a “Reject” button next to the “Accept” button on the cookie consent bar
• added an explanation and consent check box to the Contact Page.
  You can now only send a mail message through the Contact Form if you explicitly consent by checking the box.
